Day or Night: How It Works
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Every weekend and every public holiday, same team, same standards, same level of care throughout. Nothing about the calendar changes what you get from us.
Are you really open 24/7?
Yes, and that's not a slogan, someone genuinely answers any hour, including the ones most businesses are asleep for.
What happens after I call?
A plumber talks you through it on the phone first, works out what's needed, then heads your way with the right gear already loaded. Nothing gets handed off to a scheduling system in between, and nobody keeps you waiting on hold.
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Burst pipes, blocked drains backing up, no hot water, gas smells, anything actively damaging the property or unsafe. Uncertain? Call (02) 9138 6520 and describe it, we'll be straight with you either way.

Pricing, Explained Honestly
Do prices change once the job starts?
Not after you've agreed to a number, full stop. On the odd job where the scope genuinely shifts partway through, we stop and check with you before touching anything else, no exceptions.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No call-out fee. Coming out and looking at the problem costs nothing at all.
Is the quote really free?
Completely free, whether or not you end up going ahead with the work afterward.
Do nights, weekends or public holidays cost extra?
No surcharge for timing, ever, whatever hour the call comes in. The price we quote is the price you pay, regardless of the hour or the day.

Working Around Hurstville
Why do Hurstville's older homes keep us busy?
The Federation and interwar cottages on the residential side streets were plumbed with earthenware clay drains that are well past their intended working life by now. Cracked joints and root intrusion account for a steady share of our callouts on those older blocks.
What does heavy rain do to Hurstville's plumbing?
The town centre is dense and heavily paved, so a big downpour has nowhere to soak in and drains surcharge fast, often within minutes of the rain starting. Flash flooding around the busiest streets is a genuine storm-season issue here, not an exaggeration.
Do tree roots really block drains around Hurstville?
On the older residential streets, yes, regularly. Mature trees reach into the clay sewer lines under Federation-era homes, and that's one of the most common blocked-drain calls we get out this way.
Do you work on Hurstville's apartments and strata blocks?
Constantly. Between the 1960s-80s walk-ups and the newer towers around the station and Westfield, shared plumbing systems and strata coordination are a big part of the job here, and we're used to working around building managers and other residents.

Licensing, Insurance and Responsibility
Can I check your plumbing licence?
Yes, straightforward. Our NSW Plumbing Licence is #275278C, shown on request, no fuss about it.
Do you provide paperwork I can use for insurance or strata records?
Yes, we can put the details of the work in writing if you need something for an insurance claim or a strata file. Just mention it before the job wraps up and we'll sort the paperwork.
Are you licensed and insured?
Both, every single time, no exceptions made for smaller or simpler-looking jobs.
What does the Lifetime Labour Warranty cover?
Our own labour: we come back. No questions. No cost. It doesn't stretch to cover anything beyond that, and it doesn't need to.
